   Open a product in My Listings and add its documents: spec sheet, test report, certificate of conformance, warranty terms, care instructions and user manual.

   Each document has its own audience. Public: anyone. Signed-in: any account. Agencies only: verified agencies. On request: the buyer asks, and you send it. Your company certificates take the same setting.

   On the product page, a buyer sees every document with its type and date. One they can't open says who can, and never shows its link. An on-request document opens a message to you.
