What does a higher tier actually change?

How much of the research and sales work ArmorList does for you. Every paid plan gets you found and delivers every buyer request in full. Professional adds the Procurement Ready credential, opportunity matching and named buyers. Business raises every monthly allowance (reveals, introductions, conversations, RFQs, exports, AI actions). Enterprise adds our team: a named point of contact and a monthly roundtable. Users are a line item on each plan, not the reason to move up.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every supplier plan (Essential, Professional, Business, Enterprise and Research Professional) starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card. There is one trial per company. If you do not choose a plan by the end, the account goes back to the free claim: your company profile stays, and nothing is charged.

Is ArmorList really free for agencies?

Yes. Federal, state, local and education agencies, and the procurement officers inside them, get full catalog search, spec comparison, live NIJ / CPL status, and RFIs and quote requests at no cost, with no seat limits, once the agency is verified.

Does a plan or the credential change where I appear in search?

No plan buys a position, and advertising never changes results. General listings are ordered by status: Procurement Ready, then Verified, then Claimed, then Listed. Verified and Procurement Ready are granted by our team after a review, which a plan makes you eligible for but never guarantees. A search for a specific name or model always puts that match first, and buyers can filter on any status.

What if the Procurement Ready review takes too long?

The review typically takes about 30 days. If it is not finished within 60 days of your complete records, the subscription fees for that period are refunded, once per account, on its first paid plan that includes the credential. Section 8 of the ArmorList terms gives the details.

Do plan limits ever hide a buyer who wrote to me?

No. Every legitimate buyer request reaches you in full on every paid plan. The limits apply only to what you start: reveals, introductions, conversations and RFQs, counted per calendar month. The comparison lists every limit.

What happens on the Enterprise roundtable?

Once a month our team meets yours to go through your priorities, market movements, open opportunities, the status of your leads and your BD objectives, and sends written follow-up afterwards. Your named point of contact runs it.

What are ArmorList Credits, and do they affect rankings?

Credits pay for clearly labeled advertising placements, most running 30 days. Professional and above include credits every month; Essential can buy packs. Ads never influence search results or spec comparisons.

I want ArmorTrack too. Do I pay twice?

No. One IntelAlytic account and one subscription cover both platforms, with users counted per platform: a colleague uses an ArmorTrack seat only when you give them ArmorTrack access.

What is Research Professional?

A plan for analysts and consultants on a research account: catalog research, saved searches, exports and AI actions for one person. It does not include a company profile, listings, outreach or the Procurement Ready credential.

Can I switch tiers or cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel in the billing portal at any time. Your listings and verified data are retained, so moving between tiers never means re-entering your catalog.
