Send a buyer your Vendor Package

   A contracting officer asks every new vendor for the same proof: registrations, insurance, signed statements, and your NIJ CPL records. Send it once, as one link.

2. 02 Your documents, once 0:12

   In Company documents, choose Add a document. Pick the kind, upload the file, and add the issue and expiry dates. You get a reminder before anything expires. Your W-9 and bank letters stay with you: they never go in a package.

3. 03 Sign the statements 0:27

   In Statements, read and sign the standard ones, like non-collusion, debarment and Section 889. Your name, title and the date are recorded with the exact text.

4. 04 Build the package 0:38

   In Packages, choose New package. Pick the buyer's checklist profile, add who it's prepared for and the solicitation number. Tick the sections, documents, signed statements and contacts. The checklist beside it shows what this kind of buyer usually asks for, and what's missing.

5. 05 Create the link 0:55

   Choose how long the link lasts, up to 180 days, and create it. Copy it now: it's shown only once. You can see how many times it was opened, and revoke it at any time.

6. 06 What the buyer sees 1:06

   The contracting officer opens one document: a cover, contents and a summary. Your NIJ CPL models show with their status and the date it was read. Facts we read from an official source say Verified by IntelAlytic. Everything else is labeled as declared, uploaded or signed by you. They can download the package as a PDF.
