  1. 01 The invitation 0:00

When a verified agency, or any organization on an ArmorList plan, invites your company to quote, the RFQ arrives by email and lands in Requests, under Transactions.

  2. 02 Your RFQ inbox 0:12

RFQs shows everything sent to your company: how many are open, awaiting your reply, quoted and awarded. Each request shows the buyer, the items, the due date and its status.

  3. 03 Read the request 0:24

Open one to read the whole request: the buyer and their contact, delivery, any contract vehicle or required documents, and each line with its NIJ standard and level, sizes and quantity.

  4. 04 A sealed quote 0:37

Price it line by line, then add your lead time, how long the quote is valid, notes and your documents. Quotes are sealed: the buyer sees yours, no other supplier does. You can revise it while the RFQ is open.

  5. 05 The award 0:51

If the buyer awards it to you, the RFQ says so, and the award becomes an order in Quotes and Orders. If not, you are told, without the winner or the winning price.

  6. 06 Without a plan 1:02

Without a plan, you still see that an RFQ arrived: the items, the quantity range, the due date and the type of buyer. Who sent it, the details and quoting come with a plan.

  7. 07 One request 1:13

One request, a sealed quote, and a private award.
