  1. 01 Four steps 0:00

Procurement Pathway shows where your company stands, across four steps: Listed, Claimed, Verified, and Procurement Ready.

  2. 02 Where you stand 0:08

Listed means you're in the catalog. Claimed means your team manages the profile. Your next step is marked You are here, with what's still missing below it.

  3. 03 Submit for Verified 0:18

Each missing item has an Add link into Manage Company. When the list is complete, submit for review from there. An IntelAlytic administrator signs off on Verified.

  4. 04 Procurement Ready asks for more 0:29

Procurement Ready asks for more: a Federal Tax ID, an NCAGE code, your primary NAICS, compliance certificates, a named procurement contact, and the rest of the list. It comes with the Professional plan, and it takes two administrator signatures.

  5. 05 Your credential 0:45

Once issued, the credential lasts twelve months. It has its own code that buyers can check on armorlist.com, and your certificate and logo kit are one click away.

  6. 06 One step at a time 0:56

Climb one step at a time, and let buyers see how far you've come.
