01 Six steps 0:00
Pathway to Procurement is a working plan for sellers on ArmorList: six steps, each with a count of what is on file and what is left to do, for the market you choose, US public buyers or commercial customers.
02 Get ready 0:13
Get ready asks whether your registrations, documents and products are ready for a public buyer. It holds the four stages, Listed, Claimed, Verified and Procurement Ready, and lists what is still missing, with an Add link into Manage Company.
03 Find your route 0:29
Pick a state, and Find your route answers how to sell to its law enforcement: the contracts you hold, the routes an agency there can buy through, and the programs that fund armor in that state. Every line names its source and when it was read.
04 Gaps and partners 0:44
Identify gaps lists what is missing, expiring or not covered in that state. Find partners names who already holds those contracts, with a conversation one click away.
05 Pursue and execute 0:56
Pursue opportunities brings in bid matches and the buyer requests waiting for you, each with the reason it fits. Execute and manage follows your quotes, awards and orders, and hands off to ArmorTrack when it is time to ship.
06 By plan 1:10
Every plan sees the six steps and the counts. The detail, the evidence and the next action for each item come with the Professional plan and up.
07 Six steps 1:19
Six steps, with reasons, from Listed to the order.
