01 An agency asks for pricing 0:00
When an agency wants pricing, they send a quote request from your company profile: the item, the quantity, the threat level, sizes, when they need it, and where it ships. It lands in Leads & Quotes, under Company inbox.
02 You see who is asking 0:14
Because you've claimed the company, you see who is asking: the buyer's name and email.
03 Open the request 0:20
New requests wait under RFIs. Open one to read the details, reply in the conversation, or decline it.
04 Send a quote 0:28
To quote, fill in the total, the unit price, the lead time in days, how long the quote is valid, and your terms. Choose Send quote, and the request moves to Quotes.
05 Run the order 0:39
When the buyer accepts, it becomes an order. Confirm it, mark it shipped with a tracking number, and it's marked delivered when it arrives.
06 One ledger 0:47
Leads & Quotes keeps every request, quote and order in one ledger, so nothing a buyer asks for gets lost.
