01 Requests 0:00
Requests is where a material or component supplier on a plan sees every RFQ it is invited to, next to questions, quote requests and orders, with what each one needs next.
02 The invitation 0:12
An invitation arrives by email and lands under Received. Open it for the buyer, the contact, the delivery state, and each line with its specification and quantity. Without a plan you see what is asked for, never who is asking.
03 Your quote 0:26
Your quote is sealed: the buyer sees yours, no other supplier does. Price each line or leave one blank, add lead time, validity, notes and the documents to attach, then send.
04 The award 0:38
When the buyer awards it, you are told, and the order sits in Quotes and Orders. If another quote wins, you are told not selected, never the winning price.
05 Answer the buyers 0:48
Answer the buyers who build with what you make.
