  1. 01 Ready to prepare 0:00

This is replacement, from ArmorTrack to ArmorList, for an agency. The Replacement Forecast lists what expires in the next one hundred and twenty days, grouped by model with the sizes you need, under Ready to prepare. Nothing is sent until you send it.

  2. 02 Find a replacement 0:16

Prepare a request, and Find a replacement opens with every unit of the group chosen. We draft one request for quotes: one line per requirement, with the quantity and the sizes, never a serial number or an officer.

  3. 03 The requirement 0:31

Each line names the armor being replaced as a reference, and accepts equivalent products that meet the same NIJ standard and level.

  4. 04 Suppliers and sealed quotes 0:40

Request quotes, and the RFQ opens with suppliers suggested from active NIJ CPL models that match. Choose them, send, and the sealed quotes come back side by side, with the award yours to make.

  5. 05 It starts with you 0:53

The replacement starts with you, and nothing reaches a supplier until you choose it.
