  1. 01 You are being reviewed either way 0:00

Before body armor and ballistic resistant equipment reach an officer or a soldier, they pass through many hands, from raw materials to agencies. At every one, someone has to decide if your company is safe to buy from. You're being reviewed either way. The only question is what they find.

  2. 02 Dozens of questions 0:19

Procurement officials, prime contractors, distributors and manufacturers ask dozens of questions. Is the company in good standing? Does it carry the right insurance, and a quality management system? Does it comply with local, state and federal law? What's its past performance, and what do customers say? What do warranty, support, use and care look like? Today they look up each answer in a different place, and do it again for every supplier.

  3. 03 Why it matters 0:45

It matters. One armor company sold vests made in China as made in the USA and NIJ compliant. NIJ removed its models in twenty twenty-five, and its owner was sentenced to more than five years in prison. And with two NIJ standards live at once, 0101.06 and 0101.07, thousands of models stay under ongoing inspection and testing, with notices and advisories published as they go. What was true last month may not be true today. What if every answer were already checked, and dated, before anyone asked?

  4. 04 The buyers are here 1:20

The buyers are everywhere: public safety and defense, federal, state and local, and the partners that supply them. Three thousand eight hundred individual users, and growing, searched ArmorList in August alone. More than twenty-five thousand agencies are in the registry behind ArmorTrack. ArmorList tracks more than eight hundred companies, a fraction of the market, with new ones found in public sources every day, and thirteen hundred models, each sold in hundreds of configurations: tens of thousands of SKUs for a buyer to sort through.

  5. 05 One market, one pathway 1:52

Body armor and ballistic resistant equipment make up a whole market, and wherever you sit in it, there's one way forward: the ArmorList Procurement Ready pathway.

  6. 06 Listed 2:02

It starts with the record buyers already see. Listed, in red: built from public sources, with a warning you didn't write.

  7. 07 Claimed 2:09

Claim it free, and it turns orange. Your team owns the profile, and your NIJ listings are already attached.

  8. 08 Verified 2:17

Verified, in blue, starts with the Essential plan. An IntelAlytic reviewer checks your record, and the date it was verified goes on your profile.

  9. 09 Procurement Ready 2:26

Procurement Ready, in green, comes with Professional. Your tax ID, NCAGE code, NAICS, contract vehicles, certificates and a named procurement contact, in one record. A reviewer signs it, and it holds for twelve months.

  10. 10 More than a listing 2:39

A directory shows that you exist. Sam dot gov proves who you are. The NIJ CPL covers a model, and a co-op covers a contract. Procurement Ready joins them in one record: your verified background, your catalog and capability statement, your legal standing and compliance documents, reviewed by a person, and dated. So when a buyer is ready to bring you on, you arrive already vetted.

  11. 11 A record becomes a pipeline 3:03

A subscription turns that record into a pipeline. The Seller Console, buyer leads and RFIs, quotes that become orders, and your profile analytics.

  12. 12 At the center 3:13

Agencies aren't the only ones searching. Distributors look for lines to carry, manufacturers for materials and partners, and suppliers, labs and logistics providers for the companies that hold the contracts. Procurement Ready puts you at the center.

  13. 13 In practice 3:28

A real case, from September twenty twenty-six. A supplier of products and services to armor and tactical companies used the ArmorList catalog to choose where to send fifty sample kits. About a quarter replied, ten asked for quotes, and two deals have closed, with more in progress.

  14. 14 Introducing ArmorTrack 3:45

Now meet the other half. IntelAlytic introduces ArmorTrack, the lifecycle platform for body armor and ballistic resistant equipment, free for verified agencies. Agencies track soft and hard armor, ballistic helmets, shields and other tactical gear, from issue to retirement.

  15. 15 Where they meet 4:03

Manufacturers work there too, with their catalog, serial registrations, custody, warranty and support. When an agency retires a vest, ArmorList opens the replacement search, filtered to its spec. One subscription covers both.

  16. 16 Procurement Ready 4:18

That's why we built Procurement Ready: the pathway that connects legitimate, quality suppliers with every buyer in the armor market, from agencies and distributors to manufacturers and their partners. Your credential goes everywhere you sell, with a public link anyone can check. And ranking and verification are never for sale.

  17. 17 Choose your plan 4:37

Essential, ninety-nine dollars a month: claim your company, get Verified, list up to twenty-five products. Professional, four hundred ninety-nine: the pathway, typically about thirty days to earn the credential, refunded if our review isn't finished within sixty days of your complete records. Billed annually, a single twenty-thousand-dollar agency order at a twenty-five percent margin covers the year. Enterprise, nine hundred ninety-nine: unlimited listings and seats, with API access, market research and our professional services team coming next, for a fraction of one analyst's salary.

  18. 18 Out of the red ocean 5:14

The armor market is a red ocean: companies everywhere making the same claims, and buyers can't tell them apart. Procurement Ready is how you leave it. Every claim sourced, verified and backed by evidence, organized in one record that gets you through onboarding and validation. That's your blue ocean. Listed puts you on the map. Procurement Ready puts you on the shortlist.
