This assessment combined automated and manual testing across the current release:

Axe-core and Lighthouse accessibility audits run across representative page templates (home, directories, detail, forms, checkout/quote, legal).
Manual keyboard
Full keyboard-only traversal of every interactive control, including the command palette, filters, drawers, and modals.
Screen readers
Spot-checked with VoiceOver (Safari) and NVDA (Firefox) on core flows.
Visual
Contrast verified against the brand palette; 200% zoom and 320px reflow checks; reduced-motion honored.
Assistive tooling
The built-in accessibility widget (text size, contrast, spacing, motion) was included in testing but is not relied upon for baseline conformance.

1.3.1 Info and RelationshipsSupportsSemantic headings, lists, tables, and form labels; landmarks used for nav/main/footer.
1.3.2 Meaningful SequenceSupportsDOM order matches visual reading order across templates.
1.3.3 Sensory CharacteristicsSupportsInstructions do not rely on shape, size, or position alone.
1.4.1 Use of ColorSupportsStatus is conveyed with text/icons in addition to color (e.g., verification pills).
1.4.2 Audio ControlN/ANo auto-playing audio.
2.1.1 KeyboardSupportsAll interactive controls, filters, drawers, and the ⌘K palette are keyboard operable.
2.1.2 No Keyboard TrapSupportsModals and drawers trap focus while open and release on close/Escape.
2.1.4 Character Key ShortcutsSupportsThe single-key palette uses a modifier (⌘/Ctrl+K); no unmodified single-character shortcuts.
2.2.1 Timing AdjustableSupportsNo essential time limits; count-up figures are decorative and complete quickly.
2.2.2 Pause, Stop, HideSupportsAuto-advancing tour offers pause/scrub controls; reduced-motion disables non-essential animation.
2.3.1 Three FlashesSupportsNo content flashes more than three times per second.
2.4.1 Bypass BlocksSupportsLandmark regions and a skip mechanism allow bypassing repeated nav.

WCAG 2.1

Table 2, Success Criteria, Level AA.

CriterionConformanceRemarks
1.2.4 Captions (Live)N/ANo live audio/video is broadcast.
1.2.5 Audio Description (Prerecorded)PartiallyThe product tour is narrated and its narration describes each chapter, but some on-screen figures are not spoken and no separate audio description track is provided.
1.3.4 OrientationSupportsContent works in both portrait and landscape; no locked orientation.
1.3.5 Identify Input PurposeSupportsCommon fields use appropriate autocomplete tokens (email, name, org).
1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum)PartiallyBody text and UI meet 4.5:1 / 3:1; brand navy/royal/blue on white pass. Exception: white text on brand orange #F26419 measures 3.18:1, below the 4.5:1 minimum for normal-size text. This affects the primary orange call-to-action, the feedback tab label, and orange badges. Brand standard requires white on orange with no substitute ink, so the shortfall is accepted and disclosed here; all such controls duplicate their meaning in adjacent text and none is the only route to a task.
1.4.4 Resize TextSupportsText scales to 200% without loss of content or function.
1.4.5 Images of TextSupportsText is live text; the logo wordmark is the only exception (permitted).
1.4.10 ReflowSupportsContent reflows to a 320px viewport without two-dimensional scrolling.
1.4.11 Non-text ContrastSupportsControls, focus indicators, and icons meet 3:1 against adjacent colors.
1.4.12 Text SpacingSupportsNo clipping when user text-spacing overrides are applied; widget offers spacing control.
1.4.13 Content on Hover or FocusSupportsHover/focus content is dismissible, hoverable, and persistent.
2.4.5 Multiple WaysSupportsGlobal search, faceted directories, nav menus, and sitemap provide multiple paths.
2.4.6 Headings and LabelsSupportsHeadings and labels are descriptive and consistently structured.
2.4.7 Focus VisibleSupportsA visible focus ring is present on all focusable controls.
3.1.2 Language of PartsSupportsPage language is set from the language engine; foreign-language phrases (e.g., native language names in the switcher) carry their own lang attribute.
3.2.3 Consistent NavigationSupportsShared Nav/Footer render identically across all pages.
3.2.4 Consistent IdentificationSupportsIcons and controls carry consistent names and behavior site-wide.
3.3.3 Error SuggestionSupportsValidation offers correction guidance (e.g., email format).
3.3.4 Error Prevention (Legal/Financial)SupportsQuote/order actions are reversible or confirmed before commitment.
4.1.3 Status MessagesSupportsToasts and inline status use ARIA live regions / role=alert.
