Take a shipped order into ArmorTrack by serial, issue each vest to its officer, and put it on the grant file.

When your supplier ships an order you placed on ArmorList, it shows as shipped, with tracking and the invoice.
02 Receive into ArmorTrack 0:09
On the order in ArmorList, choose Receive into ArmorTrack. Each serial is recorded with its order, supplier and invoice, and the officer it was fitted for.
03 Issued, with custody 0:20
Pick the officer for each line, and the vests are issued on the record. The chain runs from the maker to your officer.
04 For a grant 0:30
If the order is for a grant project, the vests go straight into the grant's receiving report, the one the Bulletproof Vest Partnership export reads.
