A listing gets you found. Procurement Ready is the credential that says a reviewer has checked the record behind your profile. ArmorList reports what the records show; it never ranks or endorses.
The four stages
- Listed: a public record compiled from public sources, not confirmed by IntelAlytic.
- Claimed: a seller account takes ownership of the company record. The claim is approved automatically when the account's confirmed email domain matches the company's website; otherwise our team reviews it.
- Verified: you complete the company profile, with product models and the standards they are recorded with, and our team reviews and signs it. Reviewed facts are shown in blue.
- Procurement Ready: on the Professional plan, a Verified company completes eleven requirements, including its Unique Entity ID (SAM.gov), NCAGE code, primary NAICS, a named procurement contact, its contract vehicles and current compliance certificates with their documents (or a declaration that it has none), and submits them for review. Our team signs the credential, coded IA-PR1. It is valid for 12 months, can be suspended if standing changes, and its badge is shown only while it is active.
On ArmorList, Company Search can be filtered by stage, and its default order lists Procurement Ready companies first. The credential records that a review was done; it is not a ranking, and we make no claim about sales.
