The PBSA 6010 is a LEVEL III++ stand-alone ballistic plate, compliant with NIJ 0101.06 standards, and is designed for integration into tactical vests and plate carriers. This plate is constructed from a combination of ceramic and polyethylene materials, offering a robust defense against high-velocity ballistic threats while optimizing weight and durability. It features a single curvature design to provide a comfortable fit against the wearer's body. Rated for multi-hit capability, it ensures substantial protection in various combat situations. The plate measures 10'' x 12'', fitting a wide array of carrier systems. It is encased in CORDURA® fabric with a water-repellent polyurethane coating, enhancing its resistance to environmental elements and wear, thereby extending the plate's service life in demanding operational conditions.
