The Safariland PROTECH 2120-5 is a Level III hard armor plate certified under NIJ-06, designed for stand-alone use. It successfully passed testing against threats including 7.62mm 180gr PSP, 7.62 x 54R 150gr LPS, 5.56mm 62gr M855, and 7.62 x 39mm 123gr MSC. The plate features a contoured, multi-curve design with a shooter's cut for enhanced mobility. Constructed from a blend of UHMWPE and Alumina, it weighs less than 6 pounds, offering a lightweight yet high-performing protective solution.
