RISE Ultra Premium ICW Hard Armor Plate This hard armor plate is NIJ Level III certified (0101.06) when worn In Conjunction With (ICW) the RISE Level IIIA Ultra Premium soft armor package, offering robust protection against standard rifle threats. It also meets the NIJ 0115.00 Stab Resistance Spike Level III Standard, providing excellent defense against edged and spiked weapons. The plate is designed for reliable multi-threat protection and is identified by the model designation AAU301. Tested to NIJ 0101.07 standards, this system provides specialized threat protection against common military rounds, including 7.62x51mm M80 Ball (at 2,780 fps), 7.62x39mm Type 56 (at 2,400 fps), and 5.56mm M193 (at 3,250 fps). When utilizing the M855 Strike Face Plate, it also defeats the 5.56mm M855 round (at 3,115 fps). This high-performance insert is a crucial addition to any body armor system where rifle and stab protection are paramount.
