The LT-102-IIIA is an NIJ Level IIIA certified body armor with an areal density of 1.14 PSF and a thickness of 0.250 inches. It provides V50 ballistic protection velocities of 1787 FPS against .357 SIG and 1622 FPS against .44 Magnum. Additionally, this model is designed to meet DEA special threat requirements and is rated for RCC (Rifle Cut Circular) fragmentation protection at 2, 4, 16, 64 grain sizes, indicating a comprehensive approach to ballistic and fragmentation threats.
